If you choose to sign up to receive updates about WHIRL summer school and future events, we will also collect your name and email address for this purpose.

We collect your data directly from you when you complete an application form or sign up to receive updates on our website (hosted via Wix.com).

  • assess and shortlist applicants for the summer school

  • score and evaluate applications as part of our selection process

  • maintain records of our selection decisions
